One of our missions at Summit is to prepare students to be "thoughtful, contributing members of society."  This time of the school year truly showcases that commitment as students across the grades engage in various activism projects.

9th graders using their voice to create change in their lives, our school, and the broader community.  Many are giving public speeches at school as part of this project.  10th graders are engaged in the Genius Project, exploring a passion and creating a product of their choice to share with their peers.  Seniors finish off their high school career with the Political Activism project, based in real world issues and policy solutions in order to empower themselves and their community as thoughtful and contributing members of society.

We encourage you to talk at home about how your young person is influencing our school community, and how they envision themselves influencing society.
