Every charter school in California has to renew their charter applications every five years. Summit Tahoma is at Year 5 and has submitted our charter renewal with the Santa Clara County Office of Education this month. There will be a public hearing followed by a decision hearing about our renewal. One of the best ways we can show the vitality of our school is for families to attend the hearings along with our school leadership. Once we know the dates, we’ll ask you to attend and show your support for Tahoma.
We’ve had an incredible four years with 100% of our first graduating students being accepted into a four-year college! We also have a new campus -- a result of the rallying and commitment of our community. We’re excited to see where our school will be.
