We had a fantastic time camping! Students engaged in a range of activities, grew closer within their mentor groups, and enjoyed the natural setting among the beautiful redwoods. We're grateful to the volunteers who made it possible.
A Summit education is a special opportunity. Our students represent a diverse cross section of San Jose and engage in a variety of unique learning experiences, like our camping trip. Our education is personalized. 100% of our graduates have been accepted to college.
Your financial contributions help make these opportunities possible. This year, our goal is to raise $40,000 to cover those student programs that, while not part of our operating budget, are core to the Tahoma experience. A $400 contribution per family is suggested, but any amount is appreciated. Your donations help support:
-School Events (including trips, prom, and graduation)
-College application fees (ensuring all our seniors can apply for college)
-AP testing (providing college credit for our students
-Sports (helping Tahoma’s teams to represent our school with pride)
